As vice chair of the group I will be co-hosting the event which shoudl give a great insight into what you should and should not do in speaking with the press or media after a crisis has occured.

“I never said that!” – Communicating in a Crisis


This event will give delegates an opportunity not only to hear some practical advice on how the media work and to deal with them in a crisis, but also to develop their own thoughts on what messages they should communicate both inside and outside their organisations if certain events happen. Delegates should leave this workshop with key messages for their management teams on how to deal with the press and keep reputations intact.

Timings: The event will begin at 1000 and finish at 1300, it will be followed by a sandwich lunch
