IIP Framework revision

Postby Andrew Penn » Fri Jan 15, 2010 4:18 pm

2009 saw a significant revision to Investors in People. The 3 Principles, 10 Indicators and 39 Evidence Requirements remain as before, as the Standard. New is something called "Your Choice" - 152 extra Evidence Requirements to suit your organisation (between 9 and 24 spread across each of the 10 Indicators)
To get IIP accreditation, organisations must still meet all 39 Standard Evidence Requirements, but there are now also additional levels of recognition -
Meet 65 ERs and get IIP Bronze
Meet 115 ERs and get IIP Silver
Meet 165 ERs and get IIP Gold (NB max is 191)
The revised framework stresses a customised approach through 6 Business Priorities -
Managing Change; Increasing Efficiency; Maximising Profitability; Increasing Sales; Improving Profitability; Strategic Leadership
IIP's website (http://www.investorsinpeople.co.uk) includes a number of Self Assessment tools
