Discuss here the issues involved in implementing The Balanced Scorecard as developed by Kaplan and Norton in 1992. Ensuring that it is used as a strategic management tool and not just a way of displaying performance measures.

Whats your experience of balanced scorecards?

We hear a lot about balanced scorecards and their use. One company I know even consider using it as a personal tool. It would be useful to learn about your experiences of either using or installing balanced scorecards.
